We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email plate@virgo-labs.com from (or referencing) the email address you used at checkout, and tell us your order. That is all we need to start the refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Digital products

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the 30-day guarantee above is how we handle dissatisfaction. After 30 days, sales are considered final.
